劉大進博士簡介：
Dr. David Liu received Ph. D from Clarkson University. David has over 20 years of experience in structural design. David has played a key design role on major bridges including long-span steel plate girder, steel box girder and some well-known long span suspension bridges, such as the Lion’s Gate Bridge and the Paseo Bridge.
American Society of Civil Engineering Fellow (elected 2018)
Registered professional engineer in 8 states of USA
EOR of Illinois’s first precast deck panel bridge with UHPC joints
Lion’s Gate Bridge rehabilitation project (850m long suspension bridge)
Lead structural engineer for Circle Interchange in Chicago（$450 million）
